The following 6 RACC board members are hereby submitted for approval to become City of Portland jurisdictional appointees from the period of July 1, 2022 through the end of commiserate terms on the RACC Board of Directors (6 years). At this time, no current City of Portland representatives are being replaced.

RACC's Board process is conducted internally, lead by RACC Board members. Board members and Co-Executive Directors with the its elected liaison, Commissioner Carmen Rubio to identify and vet candidates.
For new appointments, there is a rigorous vetting process including interviews, reviewing resumes and references, election at full board meeting, and City Council.
