RE: Accept the annual report for calendar year 2022 of the North and Northeast Neighborhood Housing Strategy Oversight Committee
We are pleased to submit this eighth annual report on behalf of the North/Northeast Neighborhood Housing Strategy Oversight Committee. The Committee’s advice and monitoring of our policies, programs and outcomes is of central importlance to the commitment to this strategy.
This report highlights both our successes and challenges in implementing the strategy. This year we celebrate eight years of the strategy, with successes specifically in homeownership and the 5020 N Interstate project breaking ground.

The N/NE Oversight committee was created in 2015 to monitor and provide oversight for the expenditure of funds and program/policy development within the Interstate Tax Increment District.

This action does not impact City revenues, does not impose any costs to the City, and does not impact staffing levels.

The report is a product of an ongoing community involvement process.

No fiscal impact to accept the report, which notes that $95,590,053 in Tax Increment Financing resources has been spent on the strategy’s initiatives between 2015 and 2022.
