TO THE COUNCIL:

Minutes of the Portland City Council meetings for June 2 – October 27, 2021 have been completed and are on file with the Auditor’s Office. The draft minutes are available for review in Efiles, June 2 – October 27, 2021 Council Meeting Minutes.


Once the minutes are approved by Council, minutes for June 2021 will be available in the Efiles database from the Council Clerk's website, 2021 Council Meeting Records. The minutes from July 7, 2021 going forward will be available in Efiles and linked on the agendas from past Council meetings.


The City Auditor recommends approval and acceptance of these minutes.
