Public testimony on Zenith Energy investigation staff update

This is an opportunity for the public to provide comment on the Zenith Energy investigation update provided by City Attorney staff. Testifiers will receive 3 minutes each. Verbal testimony registration will close after the first 15 testifiers due to limited committee time. The committee encourages others to submit written testimony.
Please note that the committee is not taking any action related to Zenith at the November 13 meeting; the committee is hearing the staff update and related public input on a strictly informational basis.
