Proclaim results of the 2025 Municipal Nonpartisan Special Election on Measure 26-260: Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy

Whereas, at the Municipal Nonpartisan Special Election held on November 4, 2025, a measure proposed to voters by City Council referral with the ballot title caption, "Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy," and such measure was designated on the ballot as Measure 26-260, and according to the official canvas 95,653 votes were cast in favor of said measure, and 75,136 were cast against said measure, now, therefore, it is hereby

Proclaimed by the undersigned Council President of the City of Portland, that the measure with the ballot title caption, "Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy," has been enacted and is in effect and operative as provided in the measure.
