A brief description of Communication: Camping on ODOT property in Portland is not being addressed. 4 tiny homes have been built on land near my home. Oldest one has been there 2 years now (including windows and a fireplace!!!) Why did I work hard and buy a house in Portland when I could just build one without permits on PDX ODOT properties. Also, this creates trash, transients, drug addicts roaming around the area at all hours of the day/night, crime, vandalism...
