U-hauls insurance company told me to call police regarding accident involving a rental; website and 911 said to just exchange insurance information--no report made.
Learned of restraining order that wasn't enforced at a building I used to live in, despite urging by building management.
No assistance finding missing friend despite team available to work with police at the phone company.
Prevention of murder is better than waiting for it before investigation.
