A brief description of Communication: Landlord not unclogging drain sewage in residence parking lot. Water gets very deep from clogged drain. Parking is slanted upwards. So water backup is so deep that the tenets can’t get in their cars without soaking their shoes (at least ankle high).
The closer you get to the clogged drain (slanted downwards), the deeper in inches the water clog is.
This property is a low income housing. They $$$ from the government & neglect the tenets?
They've tried to unclog it now & then. But, many times they never do nothing.
Now I was told they're not going to unclog it anymore. It's a city drain.
