District 4 Budget Listening Session is April 1. City Council and Multnomah County convene joint session on homelessness.

First in-district constituent coffee held in South Portland. Councilor Clark chairs the first Transportation & Infrastructure Committee meeting.

City Council moves into City Hall. Council elects Councilor Pirtle-Guiney (District 2) as Council President. Council establishes legislative committees.
