PDX 311 simplifies Portlanders’ access to local government programs and services by providing residents, business owners and visitors a single point of contact. Call 3-1-1 within Multnomah County or email 311@portlandoregon.gov for help with non-emergencies like:

• Questions about anything from how to get involved in your neighborhood to when leaf pickup is happening
• Requests about anything from planning a summer block party to getting ADA access to a government service
• Reports about anything from potholes to broken streetlights.

Portland pools open June 18

Portland Parks & Recreation's seven outdoor pools are open for the summer season from June 18th-August 23, with Peninsula Pool remaining open until September 7. Register for free swim lessons during Free Swim Week. See the schedule for play swims, lap swims, and water fitness. Purchase a 20-visit, month-long, or season-long swimming pass. And stay up to date on pool rules and policies.

Summer Free For All returns

The wildly popular Summer Free For All program funded by the Parks Levy is back with nearly 50 free outdoor concerts, movies and other events held in parks around the city. Fitness in the Park opens June 22 and runs through August 28 at nine local parks, including Columbia Park, Irving Park, and Kenton Park in North/Northeast Portland. And the Free Lunch + Play program runs Mondays through Fridays providing kids 18 and under with free lunch, drop-in games and crafts. Check out the full list of Summer Free For all programming!

Apply for the local Small Business Expanded Repair/Restore Grant

The program provides funding to small businesses located in the City of Portland that have sustained physical and economic damage due to break-ins and vandalism. Grants assist eligible businesses to remain open and operational and contribute to maintaining a healthy street environment. See if you're eligible!
