Call 311 for any questions or service needs 

PDX 311 simplifies Portlanders’ access to local government programs and services by providing residents, business owners and visitors a single point of contact. Call 3-1-1 within Multnomah County or email 311@portlandoregon.gov for help with non-emergencies like:

  • Questions about anything from how to get involved in your neighborhood to when leaf pickup is happening
  • Requests about anything from planning a summer block party to getting ADA access to a government service
  • Reports about anything from potholes to broken streetlights.

Apply for the Local Small Business Expanded Repair/Restore Grant

The program provides funding to small businesses located in the City of Portland that have sustained physical and economic damage due to break-ins and vandalism. Grants assist eligible businesses to remain open and operational and contribute to maintaining a healthy street environment. See if you're eligible!

Apply for a Down Payment Assistance Loan

The Down Payment Assistance Loan is designed with favorable terms to help first-time homebuyers purchase a home within the city limits of Portland.

Register for a class or activity

Donate furniture to Community Warehouse

Community Warehouse is a Portland area furniture bank connecting donated household goods and furnishings to neighbors overcoming adversity. If you’d like to support their work, you can drop off donations at the Portland at the locations below. The most needed items include mattresses and box springs, dressers, sofas and loveseats, pots and pans, and small kitchen appliances.
