To request a time to meet with Councilor Avalos on one of her District 1 Constituent Days, please use this form to request a 20-minute in-person appointment. 

All appointments will be held at Midland Library. Priority will be given to constituents, business owners, and community groups in District 1. Please note that lobbyists are not eligible for these appointments. After you submit the form, a staff member will follow up to confirm your appointment.
