The City makes several avenues available for the public to listen to and watch the broadcast of this meeting, including the City's YouTube Channel, the Open Signal website, and Xfinity Channel 30 and 330.

Appeal to sustain the Council President's ruling on the point of order: Avalos, Morillo, and Dunphy. (Aye (7): Smith, Kanal, Ryan, Novick, Clark, Zimmerman, Pirtle-Guiney; Nay (5): Avalos, Dunphy, Koyama Lane, Morillo, Green)
