The meeting is available to the public on the City's YouTube Channel, the Open Signal website, Xfinity Channel 30 and 330, and for in-person viewing at the Portland Building, Room 100, located at 1120 SW 5th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204. Members of Council will attend remotely by video and teleconference. View upcoming virtual participation or absences by members of Council.
Community members who wish to testify may sign up in advance. Testimony will be limited to two minutes. There may be more people who apply to comment than time will allow. In this case, we will select applicants by random drawing.
