In March 2019, Portland Parks & Recreation received a safety and structural stability assessment of Montavilla Park’s picnic shelter. The report indicates that the structure is presumed to be unsafe and must be removed to ensure visitor safety.

Sellwood Sewer Extension Project

Environmental Services is designing a sewer project to extend the public sewer system throughout the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhoods. This work will extend the sewer system in 54 locations that will provide 112 property owners a way to directly and independently connect to the public sewer system.
