The master plan for SE 150th and Division Street Park reflects a collaborative effort involving neighbors and community groups to create a welcoming space with activities for people of all ages.

Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) is preparing to rehabilitate and expand Mt. Scott Community Center (MSCC) to better serve current and future generations of Portlanders. The existing Mt. Scott pool and gymnasium will remain as is, along with the popular indoor skating rink.

As part of the Water Bureau's efforts to increase the amount of water available on Portland's west side for firefighting and earthquake preparedness, we will construct a new 175,000-gallon water storage tank in Forest Park.

Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) is building a new indoor aquatic center to North Portland.

The Water Bureau is investing in reliable water supply in South Portland. We will replace 980 feet of water main (pipe) and two hydrants on South Macadam Avenue between South Bancroft Street and South Lane Street.

BRIDGE Housing will develop hollywoodHUB to add 222 units of affordable, transit-oriented housing for families and individuals in the Hollywood neighborhood.

Innovative Housing, Inc. is renovating the Clifford to preserve 88 units for highly vulnerable individuals in the Central Eastside URA.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) plans to construct a median island pedestrian crossing adjacent to the Oregon Human Society building at NE Columbia Boulevard at NE 11th Ave.

Planning is underway for a new trail connection and other improvements at Kelley Point Park, located at the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers in North Portland.

This project will extend the North Parks Block to include the "PNCA Block," the block between NW Hoyt and Glisan Streets. It will also include park blocks further north, to be developed fully at a later date.

A new, covered skatepark is being planned for Creston Park. This will be the very first covered skatepark in the PP&R system.
