The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is installing new curbs ramps, sidewalk along the south side of SE Washington St from SE 80th Ave to SE 82nd Ave and installing a new sump. The project is funded by Fixing Our Streets and Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center (CREEC).

Thanks to funding from System Development Charges, Parklane Park will be expanded from 5 acres to 25 acres.

Rose CDC’s Woody Guthrie Place provides 64 units of affordable and workforce housing in the Lents Town Center.

The Hazel Ying Lee Aparments, a new multifamily construction project from Home Forward, will create 206 affordable rental units in Creston-Kenilworth.

Innovative Housing, Inc. is redeveloping the Anna Mann property to provide 128 affordable rental units in Kerns neighborhood, adjacent to Laurelhurst.

Environmental Services has completed construction on a project to improve the function of the Taggart Outfall sewer tunnel. Crews repaired 3,700 feet of sewer pipe inside the tunnel and modified an existing maintenance hole to improve its function during high rainfall events.
