Sellwood Sewer Extension Project

Construction for this project is anticipated to begin in summer 2022 and be completed by summer 2024.
Environmental Services is designing a sewer project to extend the public sewer system throughout the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhoods. This work will extend the sewer system in 54 locations that will provide 119 property owners a way to directly and independently connect to the public sewer system.
Project design is complete. Construction is anticipated to begin as soon as January 2022.
Environmental Services is designing a project that will install and upsize public sewer pipes, as well as construct green street planters, within the Ladd’s Addition neighborhood. These improvements will increase sewer capacity, relieve sewer backups, and reduce street flooding.

SE Elliott-Spruce Alley Sewer Project

Construction began in early August 2021 and will continue through to November 2021.
Environmental Services continues construction in the Ladd’s Addition neighborhood to replace the public sewer pipe in the Elliott-Spruce Alley between SE 12th Ave and SE Birch St.
