The Central Eastside Access and Circulation project will improve freight access and circulation and reduce multimodal conflicts in the Central Eastside by adding traffic signals, consistent with the adopted SE Quadrant Plan, Central City 2035 plan, and Central City in Motion.

This Local Improvement District (LID) will construct street, sidewalk, and stormwater improvements on portions of NE 97th Avenue and on E Burnside, NE Davis, and NE Couch streets.

PBOT will be making crossing improvements along SE Holgate Boulevard at SE 103rd and 108th Pl, and sidewalk infill along the south side of Holgate from 112th-117th.
Construction will begin in summer of 2024
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will build new crossings with signals along NE 122nd Avenue near the intersections with Davis and Clinton streets.
Construction to be completed in winter/spring 2025.
Design and implement a safe crossing for bicyclists and pedestrians at SE 52nd Ave to make connections to the existing Gladstone Neighborhood Greenway.

This Local Improvement District (LID) will construct street and sidewalk improvements on portions of SE Taylor Street and SE 89th Avenue next to Berrydale Park.
