Having provided 100 to 150 years of service, pipes require repairs to reduce risks of basement flooding and sewage releases to downtown buildings and streets.

The Flanders Connector at NW Naito and Glisan seeks to provide a new crossing for pedestrians and people biking at Naito Parkway, connecting Waterfront Park to the Flanders Greenway.

Environmental Services is repairing approximately 350 feet of public sewer pipe along SW 16th Avenue in the undeveloped right-of-way between SW College and SW Upper Hall streets. Repairing this aging and damaged sewer pipe will help protect public health and the environment.
