The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) and Metro are partnering to make NE 72nd Avenue safe and comfortable for pedestrians and people biking by building a neighborhood greenway through the heart of the Cully and Roseway neighborhoods from NE Killingsworth Street and Sandy Boulevard.

NE 33rd Drive Pump Station Upgrades Project

Environmental Services – the City’s sewer and stormwater bureau – is designing a project to upgrade a pump station in Northeast Portland. This project will replace the existing pump station with a new larger pump station.

NE 6th Drive Pump Station Project

The project is in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2022 and take about two years to complete.
Environmental Services is designing a project to expand and remodel the 44-year-old NE 6th Drive Pump Station in the East Columbia neighborhood. The upgrades will modernize equipment, increase system capacity, and protect public health and the environment.
