The SW Upper Drive Project is repairing or replacing aging sewer pipes in the SW Hills Residential League neighborhood. This project will protect the public and the environment by reducing the possibility of sewage releases to homes, businesses, and streets.

Environmental Services is designing a project to replace 800 feet of large-diameter brick sewer pipes located in Highway 26 south of Washington Park. These repairs are necessary to maintain reliable sewer service and protect public health and the environment.

PBOT is planning to install advisory shoulders lanes in three locations in Portland in 2023. Advisory shoulders and bike lanes are a low-cost, low-impact treatment for narrow streets with lower volumes of traffic and speeds.
Bristlecone Pine Trail ADA Accessibility Improvements Project

This project is funded by the Metro Regional Parks & Nature Bond Local Share approved by voters in 2019. The Bristlecone Pine Trail Accessibility Improvements Project will renovate the existing 1-mile out and back trail and the parking lot that serves as a trailhead.
Marquam Nature Park Sewer and Stormwater Planning Project

The Bureau of Environmental Services is investigating conditions of the stormwater system in Marquam Park & Council Crest and exploring options for improvement and rehabilitation. This project will help ensure that stormwater and sewer systems in the area have adequate capacity in major storms.
SW Broadway Drive Sewer Project

Construction is anticipated to begin in February 2024 and will take up to a month to complete.
Environmental Services will be repairing approximately 400 feet of public sewer pipe along SW Broadway Drive in the gulch area located behind private properties and north of Marquam Nature Park. Repairing the aging and damaged sewer pipes will help protect public health and the environment.
