The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing a series of design changes on the Tillamook-Hancock Neighborhood Greenway between NE 28th and NE 62nd avenues. Phase 1 from N Flint to NE 28th was completed in 2019.
Irving Park Stormwater Project

Major construction is complete.
Environmental Services and Portland Parks & Recreation collaborated on a project to build nature patches and rain gardens to manage stormwater in Irving Park. The project will help prevent nearby flooding, sewer basement backups, and sewage overflows into the Willamette River during storms.

Environmental Services is removing aging sumps throughout the City and replacing them with new sumps and new sedimentation manholes. This work will help control stormwater runoff and sewer backups.
