As part of the Water Bureau's efforts to increase the amount of water available on Portland's west side for firefighting and earthquake preparedness, we will construct a new 175,000-gallon water storage tank in Forest Park.
Berrydale Park Improvement Project

Skatepark and other robust improvements are planned for Berrydale Park in Southeast Portland.
South Macadam Avenue water main replacement

The Water Bureau is investing in reliable water supply in South Portland. We will replace 980 feet of water main (pipe) and two hydrants on South Macadam Avenue between South Bancroft Street and South Lane Street.
Kenton Priority Outfalls Plan

Environmental Services is developing the Kenton Priority Outfalls Plan. This planning effort will protect public health and the environment by identifying ways to reduce pollutants in stormwater entering the Columbia Slough.

Construction crews will build sidewalk and new ADA curb ramps on the south side of NE Shaver Street to connect this key school route for Parkrose Middle and High School students.
Jolene's Second Cousin

Guerrilla Development Co. will develop Jolene’s Second Cousin, an innovative housing project located in Montavilla. The two-story, 3,600 square foot project consists of 11 single room occupancy (SRO) units targeted to serve very low-income, formerly homeless individuals.
73Foster

73Foster is a new construction project with 64 affordable units, including 29 family-sized units and 22 units of Permanent Supportive Housing, from REACH CDC. It will be located on the SE Foster corridor, connecting diverse neighborhoods and center centers of cultural commerce.
