The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing a series of design changes on the Tillamook-Hancock Neighborhood Greenway between NE 28th and NE 62nd avenues. Phase 1 from N Flint to NE 28th was completed in 2019.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) and the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) are constructing street, sidewalk, stormwater and sanitary sewer improvements on N Suttle Road.

Tistilal Village, owned by NAYA Family Center, will be redeveloped as 57 units of affordable housing with culturally specific services for Native American families in Portsmouth.

We will replace approximately 2,200 feet of water main (pipe) with earthquake-resilient pipe. We will also replace five existing fire hydrants and install one new fire hydrant. This project will bring existing water services and backflow devices at several properties up to current City code.
