The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is actively working to improve safety for all modes along SE Stark Street between SE 108th Avenue and SE 162nd Avenue.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is building immediate connections and safety improvements in Portland's pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and traffic calming networks.

Cedar Commons, a new development by Related Northwest and Central City Concern in the Powellhurst-Gilibert neighborhood, provides 60 affordable units targeted to people exiting homelessness.

Crews and contractors with the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will repave, add traffic signals and turn lanes, widen sidewalks, and build bike improvements along NE 60th Avenue and Halsey Street. This project will improve conditions pedestrians and people biking by reducing vehicle speeding, reducing auto traffic volumes, upgrading crossings of busy streets, and creating new connections to existing bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure on or near SW and NW 20th Ave.

This project comprises Phase Two of the Lents Town Center Improvements. It will address long-deferred roadway maintenance needs as well as provide safety improvements for all modes of transportation.

The 122nd Avenue Plan identifies improvements to increase safety and improve access for all. Plan recommendations include changes to the street cross-section, additional enhanced crossings, lighting, signal changes, and more.
