This Local Improvement District (LID) will be constructed adjacent to Parklane Park. Portland Parks and Recreation (PP&R) will be using Parks System Development Charge (SDC) funds for their participation in the LID. This project will improve access to the park and build a multimodal path.
Mason/Skidmore Neighborhood Greenway Project

The Mason/Skidmore Greenway will be a new east-west neighborhood greenway connecting to existing north-south greenways at NE 37th Avenue, NE Cully Blvd, and NE 77th Avenue.

SW Taylors Ferry & SW 17th Ave Crossing Improvement

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will create a safer crossing at SW Taylors Ferry Road and SW 17th Avenue by striping a crosswalk and creating a safer walking shoulder along SW 17th from Orchid to Taylors Ferry to provide a link in the Hillsdale – Lake Oswego Trail.
