The Portland Housing Bureau purchased and renovated the Ellington, converting its 263 market-rate units to dedicated affordable housing for families in the Madison South neighborhood.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing a new neighborhood greenway route between NE Sacramento and SE Flavel around the 70s avenues.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will construct safety improvements such as crossing improvements, new sidewalks, upgraded curb ramps, protected bike lanes, and more along NE Halsey Street.

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical pedestrian safety improvements to 82nd Avenue at NE Beech Street and at SE Ash Street.

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical pedestrian crossing improvements to 82nd Avenue at seven intersections between NE Klickitat and Lambert streets.

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical safety improvements to 82nd Avenue, including improved street lighting between NE Lombard and SE Clatsop streets.

After making the most critical repairs, PBOT will identify and prioritize future investments through the Civic Corridor Investment Strategy.

PBOT is investing in 82nd Avenue to deliver critical fixes now. The needed urgent safety and maintenance repairs to the corridor include paving, crossings, lighting, safety improvements at intersections, and sidewalk improvements. 

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical safety improvements to 82nd Avenue, including new street signs and high-visibility crosswalks at signalized intersections.

Upcoming crosswalk and ADA curb ramp improvement projects along Primary Investment Routes located within the Portland Public Schools (PPS) district. Funded by the 2012 PPS Bond.

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical safety improvements to 82nd Avenue, including some minor signal technology upgrades, operations, and pedestrian and bicycle signal timing improvements.

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make urgent safety and maintenance improvements to 2.5 miles of NE 82nd Avenue from Fremont Street to Schuyler Street and SE 82nd Avenue from Mill Street to Foster Road.
