Construction planned to begin Summer 2025
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will construct safety improvements along NE Halsey Street between 68th and 92nd avenues. Includes crossing improvements, new sidewalks, upgraded curb ramps, protected bike lanes, and more.

Construction will begin in February 2025 and could take up to four months to complete.
Environmental Services will begin construction in February 2025 on a project to repair 1,157 feet of public sewer pipe that is in poor condition. These repairs will protect public health by reducing the risk of basement flooding and sewage releases to homes and streets.
Construction 2025-2026
As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical pedestrian improvements to 82nd Avenue, including sidewalk infill and street tree planting in select locations between SE Foster Road and SE Clatsop Street.
