Central City Concern’s Blackburn Center combines 124 units of affordable housing with an on-site clinic and services for medical and mental health and recovery.

Hazel Heights is Central City Concern’s 153-unit affordable housing development in Hazelwood.

The Portland Housing Bureau purchased the 51-unit East Burnside Apartments after completion and is operating the building, located in the Hazelwood neighborhood, as regulated affordable housing.

The NE 122nd Ave Crossings project will provide four new and/or improved crossings to help meet crosswalk spacing guidelines and improve safety and access along NE 122nd Avenue.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is actively working to improve safety for all modes along SE Stark Street between SE 108th Avenue and SE 162nd Avenue.

The 122nd Avenue Plan identifies improvements to increase safety and improve access for all. Plan recommendations include changes to the street cross-section, additional enhanced crossings, lighting, signal changes, and more.

These Local Improvement Districts (LID) will construct street, sidewalk, and stormwater improvements on portions of NE 97th Avenue and on E Burnside, NE Davis, and NE Couch streets.

The Nick Fish is a mixed-income, mixed-use development in the Gateway area providing 52 affordable units and commercial space for office and retail uses.

Fora Health, formerly DePaul Treatment Centers, has completed a new 70-bed facility in outer Southeast Portland for its alcohol and drug use treatment programs.

Gateway Green Park provides much-needed off-road cycling and outdoor recreation opprotunities in East Portland. Now accessible directly by public transit, there's a system of soft-surface and paved multi-use trails to explore the unique site and connect to the regional trail and cycling network.

As part of a large signals package, PBOT and the Safe Routes to School program have designated five locations where contractors will build new pedestrian traffic signals and beacons. The five intersections are located on key school walking routes across Portland.
