SW Upper Drive Sewer Project

This project is on hold. Construction is expected to take about four to six weeks to complete.
The SW Upper Drive Project is repairing or replacing aging sewer pipes in the SW Hills Residential League neighborhood. This project will protect the public and the environment by reducing the possibility of sewage releases to homes, businesses, and streets.

SW 17th Avenue Sewer Extension Project

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin in August 2023 and should take about eight weeks to complete.
Environmental Services is extending the public sewer in SW 17th Avenue, north of SW Clifton Street. This work is part of the City’s ongoing effort to provide property owners a way to directly and independently connect to the public sewer system in order to meet current City Code requirements. 

Tanner Trunk Sewer Project

Construction is expected to start in May 2024 and will take about five months to complete.
Environmental Services is designing a project to replace 800 feet of large-diameter brick sewer pipes located in Highway 26 south of Washington Park. These repairs are necessary to maintain reliable sewer service and protect public health and the environment.
The Bureau of Environmental Services is investigating conditions of the stormwater system in Marquam Park & Council Crest and exploring options for improvement and rehabilitation. This project will help ensure that stormwater and sewer systems in the area have adequate capacity in major storms.
