Hillsdale Middle Sewer Project

Environmental Services is in the design phase of the Hillsdale Middle Sewer Project. This project will repair or replace approximately 1.6 linear miles of aging public sewer pipes throughout the neighborhood. Taking these actions now will help protect public health and the environment.

Hillsdale North Sewer Project

Environmental Services is designing a project to repair approximately 8,571 feet (or 1.62 linear miles) of aging public sewer pipes throughout the Hillsdale neighborhood in Southwest Portland. Taking these actions now will help protect public health and the environment.

Hillsdale Northwest Sewer Project

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2029 and take a year and a half to complete.
Environmental Services, your sewer and stormwater utility, is beginning the design stage of the Hillsdale Northwest Sewer Project. This project will repair or replace approximately 8,313 feet of 100–120-year-old public sewer pipes throughout your neighborhood.
The Bureau of Environmental Services is investigating conditions of the stormwater system in Marquam Park & Council Crest and exploring options for improvement and rehabilitation. This project will help ensure that stormwater and sewer systems in the area have adequate capacity in major storms.

SW Bertha Boulevard (SW Vermont St. to SW Barbur Blvd.)

Transportation
Engineering And Design
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will reconfigure this roadway as a protected bike lane. The project limits are along S Bertha Blvd. from SW Vermont St. to SW Barbur Blvd. The intent is to reorganize the roadway to provide protected bike lanes.
