Home Forward renovated Gladstone Square and Multnomah Manor, two family-focused properties in Northeast and Southeast Portland, to preserve affordable housing and prevent the displacement of low-income households.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is constructing a new neighborhood greenway route between NE Sacramento and SE Flavel around the 70s avenues.

After making the most critical repairs, PBOT will identify and prioritize future investments through the Civic Corridor Investment Strategy.

PBOT is investing in 82nd Avenue to deliver critical fixes now. The needed urgent safety and maintenance repairs to the corridor include paving, crossings, lighting, safety improvements at intersections, and sidewalk improvements. 

As part of a large signals package, PBOT and the Safe Routes to School program have designated five locations where contractors will build new pedestrian traffic signals and beacons. The five intersections are located on key school walking routes across Portland.

As part of the SE 92nd and Lincoln intersection project, PBOT crews will improve pedestrian access and visibility for people crossing. They will also separate bicycle travel lanes from automobile travel lanes through the intersection.

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical safety improvements to 82nd Avenue, including new street signs and high-visibility crosswalks at signalized intersections.
