The majority of this project has been completed. Sidewalks, street crossings, bikeway facilities, paved paths, and other safety improvements have been constructed on the 150s Neighborhood Greenway and the 100s Neighborhood Greenway. Work is ongoing for a portion of the 4M Neighborhood Greenway.

The NE 122nd Ave RFFA Crossing Improvements project will provide four new enhanced crossings to help meet crosswalk spacing guidelines and improve safety and access along NE 122nd Avenue.

Citywide Sump Repair and Replacement Projects

Construction is scheduled to begin Monday, March 27 and be completed by September 2023.
Environmental Services will construct a project that removes 22 aging sumps throughout the City and replaces them with 17 new sumps and 10 new sedimentation manholes. This work will help control stormwater runoff and sewer backups.
NE Knott-Sacramento Neighborhood Greenway: NE 122nd Ave - NE 162nd Ave

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will create the NE Knott-Sacramento Neighborhood Greenway to establish low-stress neighborhood streets that are great places to walk, bike, roll, and play. This East-West greenway will connect the Parkrose Heights, Russell, and Wilkes neighborhoods.

Pavement Resurfacing and Preservation

Current schedule, maps, and explanations of pavement resurfacing and preservation. Yearly preventative maintenance by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). For roads in fair or good condition, PBOT crews bring curb ramps to ADA standards then resurface the street.
