Completed Construction

This 0.3-mile segment of S Bond Avenue between Marquam Bridge and Tilikum Crossing was completed in 2019. The street was built to support development of the OHSU Schnitzer Campus. Future phases (not funded at this time) will form a north-south couplet with S Moody Avenue through South Waterfront.

The Errol Heights Street Improvement Project will pave the neighborhood’s gravel streets, add sidewalks to the two main east-west routes through the neighborhood, add street lights, address drainage issues, and improve water quality in Johnson Creek.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation constructed new sidewalks on SE Flavel Street make it safer to walk to the MAX Green Line, the I-205 multi-use path, the Springwater Corridor, as well as shops and restaurants on 82nd Avenue.

The Portland Water Bureau replaced the water mains (pipes) serving NW Penridge, Skyline Crest, and Greenleaf Roads in 2023. Larger pipes increase water flow to homes and hydrants.

This project replaces aging traffic signal infrastructure on SE Holgate Blvd and SE 104th Ave.

The NE Multnomah Main Street Pilot Project will modernize NE Multnomah Street by creating a “main street” for the Lloyd District that balances the needs of shoppers, future residents, and multi-modal transportation users.

Sidewalks, bike lanes, stormwater management, and water system upgrades along SW Capitol Highway between SW Multnomah Boulevard and SW Taylors Ferry Road and some nearby streets.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation is making improvements to reduce cut-through car traffic, address high speeds, and create a low stress environment for people walking and biking on SE Ladd/Harrison/Lincoln between SE Clay and SE 60th.

This project repaved a segment of NE 122nd Avenue from I-84 to Skidmore.

Portland Parks & Recreation has completed an improvement project at the Columbia Children's Arboretum. The Columbia Children's Arboretum Management Plan outlines a long-term vision for the park: to protect the site's natural resources while providing needed recreational opportunities.

A joint project of Prosper Portland and the Portland Bureau of Transportation, this project aimed to improve safety, operations, and access for people walking, biking, driving and taking transit.

A new playground area, pathways, irrigation improvements, and other park amenities were added to Verdell Burdine Rutherford Park, thanks to funding from the Parks Replacement Bond and System Development Charges.

The bridge connects the Northwest District and the Pearl District with a safer and more comfortable crossing over I‐405.

Thanks to funding from the Parks Replacement Bond, new play pieces were installed at 19 playgrounds, and drainage repairs were made at 11 playgrounds.

The N Greeley Multi-Use Path is a two-way, one-mile path on the east side of N Greeley Avenue from N Going Street to N Interstate Avenue. The two-way bicycle and pedestrian facility is protected from vehicle traffic with continuous concrete barriers. N Greeley Avenue has also been repaved.
