S Bond Avenue Extension

This 0.3-mile segment of S Bond Avenue between Marquam Bridge and Tilikum Crossing was completed in 2019. The street was built to support development of the OHSU Schnitzer Campus. Future phases (not funded at this time) will form a north-south couplet with S Moody Avenue through South Waterfront.
Errol Heights Street Improvement Project

The Errol Heights Street Improvement Project will pave the neighborhood’s gravel streets, add sidewalks to the two main east-west routes through the neighborhood, add street lights, address drainage issues, and improve water quality in Johnson Creek.
SE Flavel Street Sidewalk Project: 84th to 92nd Avenue

The Portland Bureau of Transportation constructed new sidewalks on SE Flavel Street make it safer to walk to the MAX Green Line, the I-205 multi-use path, the Springwater Corridor, as well as shops and restaurants on 82nd Avenue.

Lead-based paint was previously used on play equipment prior to 1980. This isn’t necessarily a problem until paint deteriorates and poses an exposure risk from inhalation of dust or ingestion of paint chips.

N Burlington Avenue and N Edison Street LID

N Greeley Multi-Use Path and Paving Project

The N Greeley Multi-Use Path is a two-way, one-mile path on the east side of N Greeley Avenue from N Going Street to N Interstate Avenue. The two-way bicycle and pedestrian facility is protected from vehicle traffic with continuous concrete barriers. N Greeley Avenue has also been repaved.
