The Portland Bureau of Transportation and Bureau of Environmental Services completed the replacement of sewer pipe, installation of stormwater management, and updated the streetscape design on SE Division Street from SE 11th Avenue to SE Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
Errol Heights Park Project

The reimagined 16-acre park includes restored natural areas, wildlife viewing spots, better ADA access on trails, an elevated walkway, splash pad, skate spot, Portland Loo, art installation, and new play and picnic areas.
NE 57th Avenue Sewer Extension Project

Construction is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2024 and should take up to four months to complete.
Environmental Services will design and build one sewer extension, totaling 340 linear feet of mainline sewer, to serve properties with nonconforming connections in the Rose City Park neighborhood. This work is part of the City’s efforts to connect property owners to the City's public sewer system.
NW Westover Road Sewer Repairs

Construction began in September 2022 and was completed in December 2023.
Environmental Services has completed construction on a project to build almost 1,600 feet of public sewer improvements in NW Westover Road, NW Summit Avenue, and NW Lovejoy Street. This project will reduce risks of basement sewer backups and street flooding.
NE 33rd Drive Pump Station Upgrades Project

Design has just begun and construction is anticipated to begin in 2024.
Environmental Services – the City’s sewer and stormwater bureau – is designing a project to upgrade a pump station in Northeast Portland. This project will replace the existing pump station with a new larger pump station.
Crystal Springs Lake Restoration Project

Environmental Services, in partnership with Portland Parks & Recreation, is designing a project to improve habitat for salmon and other native fish at Crystal Springs Lake in Southeast Portland.
Tryon Creek Fish Passage Improvement Project

Construction began in July of 2023 and is now complete.
Environmental Services has completed a stream and habitat improvement project underneath the new Boones Ferry Bridge. This project will help support healthy habitat for fish and wildlife by allowing fish to reach upstream areas of the Tryon Creek State Natural Area.
SW Patrick Place Sewer Project

Construction began in Summer 2023 and is anticipated to be complete before the end of December 2023.
Environmental Services has constructed a project to install a new sewer cleanout and repair approximately 113 feet of an 80-year-old public sewer pipe in the Healy Heights neighborhood. The project aims to reduce flooding on private property, as well as protect public health and the environment.
82nd Avenue Critical Fixes: Signal Timing Improvements

As part of this project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will make critical safety improvements to 82nd Avenue, including some minor signal technology upgrades, operations, and pedestrian and bicycle signal timing improvements.
SE 16th Avenue Sewer Extension Project

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin in 2024 and should take about two to three weeks.
Environmental Services is designing a project to extend the public sewer system in SE 16th Avenue between SE Lafayette and SE Rhine Street. This work is part of the City’s ongoing effort to provide property owners a way to directly and independently connect to the public sewer system.
SE Mill Court Sidewalk Infill

Crews will build new sidewalk in front of two properties on SE Mill Court. In partnership with Portland Parks & Recreation, the new sidewalk will improve access to Mill Park Elementary and the Mill Park Project renovation.
