Background

The survey will help the Safe Blocks Program assess and evaluate Portland's federal Byrne Grant to fund place-based community violence intervention programming in Hazelwood, Eliot, and Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhoods. Projects are expected to continue through September 20, 2028 while funds remain.
