The Portland Office of Violence Prevention hosted a free community work session on Monday, August 12th from 6-9 p.m. at the Portland Building (1120 SW 5th Ave, Portland OR 97204) to help guide the future of the office. The event provided information about the office’s history, including current programs and gun violence data trends, and an opportunity for participants to share their ideas about what the community needs going forward.
