The Community Peace Collaborative (CPC) serves as a vital platform for information sharing and collaboration between the Office of Violence Prevention, internal and external stakeholders, community-based organizations, and community members.

The Community Peace Collaborative (CPC) serves as a vital platform for information sharing and collaboration between the Office of Violence Prevention, internal and external stakeholders, community-based organizations, and community members. 

Meetings include:

  • Regular updates from OVP staff;
  • Problem-solving and collaboration work sessions;
  • Workshops;
  • Presentations from community-based organizations; and
  • Panel discussions.

Recognizing the importance of collaboration in addressing gun violence, the CPC forum creates an open space for those engaged in this critical work to connect, share insights, and build relationships. Feedback and input from participants are encouraged to enhance the collective impact of our efforts. Together, we strive to build a safer Portland, and we invite all dedicated to this cause to join us in this ongoing dialogue.
