The City of Portland is building a Strategic Plan to create a holistic community safety system. What does that mean? Consistent, aligned services like faster response times when calling 911 and the right, culturally-responsive support when it's needed most. The Strategic Plan will also help bring resources together to improve services and outcomes for the communities you are a part of and serve so they are cared for in the way they deserve.
