The City of Portland’s Ceasefire Community Response Program (CCRP) is seeking qualified community-based organizations to provide violence intervention and support services as part of Portland’s Gun Violence Reduction Strategy. The deadline to apply is April 15, 2026.

Through this funding opportunity, the City will partner with organizations to deliver coordinated services designed to prevent gun violence, support individuals at the highest risk of involvement in firearm violence, and strengthen community safety.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) will fund a range of services that support the Ceasefire strategy, including:
- Adult Intensive Case Management (ICM) for individuals at highest risk of involvement in gun violence;
- Youth Intensive Case Management for young people at elevated risk;
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programming to support behavioral change and conflict resolution;
- Hospital-Based Violence Intervention services to support individuals recovering from violence-related injuries; and
- Technical Assistance to strengthen program implementation and organizational capacity.
Organizations funded through this opportunity will work in close coordination with the Ceasefire program and other system partners to deliver services consistent with the Gun Violence Reduction Strategy model.
Contracts are expected to begin July 1, 2026, pending City Council budget approval.
