Emergency Overnight Shelters Extend Morning Hours Due to Forecasted Cold Weather

Due to forecasted cold weather, many of the City of Portland's emergency overnight shelters will extend morning operations by several hours until 8AM PDT starting Friday, January 23 through Sunday, January 25.
