Amend Signs and Related Regulations Code to allow greater flexibility for signage within the Rose Quarter Entertainment Sign District (amend Title 32)

Amend Planning and Zoning Code and Property Maintenance Regulations Code to amend and update off-site odor impacts regulations (amend Title 33 and Title 29)

Title 33 updates based on the Odor Code Update project (Ord. No. 191961) and the annual dollar threshold updates, both effective March 1, 2025.

Amend Council Organization and Procedure Code related to the Council Agenda, Council Rules, and Council Committees (amend Code Chapter 3.02)

Amend Code to align with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (amend Code Titles 13 and 28, and replace Code Titles 14, 26, and 29) 

Add wireless facility operators to the Utility Operators Code and amend fee schedule to include wireless facilities in the right-of way (amend Code Title 12) 

Amend Code to align with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (amend Code Titles 1, 11 and 27, replace Code Titles 10, 16 and 21)

Amend Parks and Recreation Code to align with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 and to update park rules (replace Code Title 20)

Portland City Code has been substantially revised to align the City Code with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228. The online version of the Code is currently being updated by the Council Clerk team, and each Title will be published as they are completed.
