Amend Arts Education and Access Income Tax Code to update net revenue distribution (amend Code Chapter 5.73)

Amend Title 15 Emergency Code to align with the amended City Charter approved by voters in Portland Measure 26-228 (replace Code Title 15)

Amend Flood Hazard Areas Code to comply with Federal Emergency Management Agency National Flood Insurance Program requirements and modify compensatory excavation and removal requirements (amend Code Chapter 24.50)

Replace Sewer User Charges Code to streamline and align with rate study recommendations (replace Code Chapter 17.36)

Amend Tourism Improvement District Code to modify the license assessment rate and remove the periodic sunset review requirement (amend Code Sections 6.05.020 and 6.05.060 and repeal Code Section 6.05.130)

Amend Hearings Office Code to transfer the Hearings Office from Office of Management and Finance to Auditor’s Office (amend Code Title 22)

Amend Floating Structures Code to clarify permitting requirements for repairs to existing floatation systems (amend Code Sections 28.03.020 and 28.05.010)
