- A. If the employer obtains health information about an employee or employee’s family member, such information must be treated as confidential to the extent provided by law.
- B. All records and information kept by an employer regarding an employee’s request or use of sick time under Subsection 9.01.040 A.2. are confidential as described in ORS 659A.280(5).
