- A. The terms of the Utility Privilege Tax will not apply to any holder of a current, valid franchise granted or issued by the City.
- B. The terms of this Chapter apply to any utility or telecommunications utility using or occupying a street, alley or highway within the corporate limits of the City 30 days after the expiration of the utility or telecommunications utility’s franchise.
