6.07.155 Effective Date.

(Added by Resolution 37217 (approved at November 8, 2016 election); effective November 8, 2016; amended by Ordinance 191957, effective January 1, 2025.)

  1. This Chapter will be in full force and effect upon approval by the voters in the November 8, 2016, election. The tax levied in Section 6.07.030 will be imposed beginning on and after January 1, 2017. The Director is authorized to collect amounts receivable under this Chapter for taxes, interest and penalties.
