- A. Except as provided in this Section, no license may be transferred or assigned from one person to another.
- B. The Division will allow transfer of a license for the balance of its term to a successor or transferee who continues the acts that constituted hotel management activities requiring a license under this Chapter. Any transfer must be reported to the Division in writing or on a form provided by the Division and will be effective when the Division approves the transfer as complete. The licensee will be responsible for any license fee installments which become payable prior to the Division’s approval; and the transferee will be responsible for any license fee installments which become payable after the Division’s approval.
