(Amended by Ordinance 191973, effective January 1, 2025.)

  1. The regulations of this title apply to all original art murals installed on sites within Portland. It does not apply to installations that are in the right-of-way, unless the installation is part of a building or structure that extends from the site over a right-of-way.
