30.01.040 Title 30 Responsibilities and Administration.

  1. A. PHB has primary responsibility for implementation of Title 30.  Prosper Portland will work with PHB to implement property acquisition responsibilities described in this Title.  Prosper Portland is also expected to develop strategies to implement the 60-year affordability requirements in Section 30.01.090.
  2. B. The City Administrator may adopt administrative rules, policies, and procedures, as authorized by the Charter, for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of Title 30. 
  3. C. The City Administrator may negotiate and execute agreements for implementation of Title 30.
