The mission of the PACH is to elevate the importance of housing stabilization in Portland communities by providing comprehensive advice to the Mayor, City Administrator, Director of PHB, and Council.
Winter weather: office closure, emergency shelters and city services
- Most City offices are closed Thursday, Feb. 13, due to winter weather.
