The DPC will consist of the following members:

1. A. The Mayor’s Chief of Staff, who will be Chair;
2. B. City Administrator, who will be Vice Chair;
3. C. Deputy City Administrators;
4. D. Assistant City Administrator;
5. E. City Attorney;
6. F. Director, Portland Bureau of Emergency Management;
7. G. Chief of Portland Fire & Rescue;
8. H. Chief of Portland Police Bureau;
9. I. Director, Bureau of Emergency Communications;
10. J. Administrator, Portland Water Bureau;
11. K. Director, Bureau of Transportation;
12. L. Director, Human Resources;
13. M. Director, Bureau of Environmental Services;
14. N. Director, Portland Parks and Recreation;
15. O. Director, Portland Permitting & Development;
16. P. Director, Joint Office of Homeless Services;
17. Q. Director, Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services; and
18. R. Director, Bureau of Technology Services.
19. S. If the Mayor is unavailable to Chair the DPC, the duties will be performed and authority exercised by the first of the City officials in the order of membership listed in Subsections A. through R. above who is able and available.
