- There hereby is created an advisory committee to the Commissioner In Charge of the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability to be known as the Waterways Advisory Committee, consisting of not less than 7 nor more than 11 voting members who shall serve without compensation. The Commissioner In Charge shall appoint the members of the Committee, the members to serve for a term of 2 years at the pleasure of the Commissioner In Charge. The president of the Planning Commission or his or her representative shall be a member of the Committee.
